​How do I register as a new member?

• Open the Member Portal
• Click on the right-hand side button ‘New Member
• Select State – WA
• Go to Select Club drop down box and select your member club.
• Select the membership category you want from the options
• Follow the prompts until registration is complete.
• Once you have completed the online registration you will receive a pending application notice and invoice.
• Once your pending membership application has been processed by the club you will be emailed a payment receipt and membership card.

How do I transfer?
• Open the Member Portal Login using your ID and password.

• Follow the prompts to transfer from current club to us .
• Once you have completed the online transfer you will receive a pending application notice.
• Once your transfer has been processed by the club you will be emailed a transfer confirmation.
• Membership renewal can be paid at this stage if any are due.

How do I renew?

• Open the MyPonyClub  Member Portal
• Login using your ID and password.
• Follow the prompts until renewal is complete.
• Once you have completed the online renewal you will receive a pending application notice and invoice.
• Once your pending membership renewal has been processed by the club you will be emailed a payment receipt and membership card.
